My mother called me this morning after reading this article. She read the entire article to me over the phone. It was more then just a relief for me to hear this, even though I do not consider myself "perfect" by any means. However, it was good to hear that maybe I did do a few things right with Nicolas, and he wasn't "just born that way". It also made me realize that I have a little bit of work to do on Olivia.
In either case, Ms. Druckerman made some very good points about how Educating a child - no matter what age or temperament - is something we all should be doing. We are the parents, right?
