Well, this one was even easier then the last one.
First open the picture you want to change to black and white.
Create a duplicate background layer.
Go to the Adjustments Box and hit Gradient Map.
Your picture will immediately turn into a black and white image.
Click on the gradient and this screen will open
Take your cursor and double click in the center of the gradient to create a new stop.
If you double click again the Select a color screen will open.
If you take the cursor and move it along the left side of the screen you will change the colors to what you want.
Once you let go of the cursor, you can see the change in your picture.
Of course then I choose the Curves Adjustment Layer and start to add contrast to the picture.
